This format is ideal for those who have a flexible or unpredictable schedule and want to enjoy dancing without unnecessary restrictions.

The first class:
You can come to any class as a one-off, allowing you to flexibly plan your time and practice in comfort. Sign-ups are available at your convenience, and participation requires no commitment – you can come whenever you can.

A dance style based on graceful and expressive movements in high-heeled shoes. It helps to develop femininity, confidence and plasticity of the body, as well as teaches to move beautifully and boldly
High Heels
An energetic and rhythmic style emphasizing hip and buttock movements. It promotes strength, flexibility and sensuality, and helps to unlock inner sexuality and self-confidence
Twerk
A dance style based on graceful and expressive movements in high-heeled shoes. It helps to develop femininity, confidence and plasticity of the body, as well as teaches to move beautifully and boldly

From Zero
{ if you have never danced before }
With us you will learn the basic movements and techniques, learn to feel the rhythm and feel comfortable in the space, as well as create a solid base for further development
Beginner
{ if you already have basic knowledge and want to develop }
At this level you will improve your technique, expand your range of movements and learn how to combine them into more complex combinations in order to move with confidence and develop further
Intermediate / Advanced

With us, you will emphasize increasing the complexity of techniques, developing your individual style and expressiveness, and working on performance techniques to achieve a high level of mastery

For High Heels it can be special heels with ankle support

For Twerk – comfortable sneakers
Depends on the choreography chosen by the instructor, but in most cases it is better to have them
