At Girl’s Hub Dance Studio, we strive to offer exceptional experiences across all our classes, workshops, and events. Please read the following policy carefully before making any purchase.
1. Drop-In Classes
• All drop-in class purchases are non-refundable.
• You may reschedule your booking at least 5 hours before the class begins via the MindBody app.
• If you cancel less than 5 hours before the class, your session will be forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
• Rescheduling or cancellation requests via phone, email, or social media will not be accepted.
2. Class Packages (3, 5, and 10 Classes)
• Refunds for class packages are only available within 24 hours of purchase. After that, all sales are final.
• Each package must be used within the following timeframes:
• 3-class package: 1 month
• 5-class package: 2 months
• 10-class package: 3 months
• Unused classes cannot be refunded or extended.
• Cancellations and rescheduling must be made through the MindBody app only.
3. Workshops
• All workshop purchases are non-refundable.
• If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to resell your spot to another participant. Please notify us in advance if you do so, so we can update the booking accordingly.
• Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
4. Special Courses & Events
• Registrations for special courses or events (e.g. intensives, pop-ups, collaborations) are non-refundable.
• If you’re unable to attend, you may resell your spot to another participant at your own discretion.
• Please inform us of any name changes prior to the event.
