Refund policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy
At Girls Hub, we put a lot of care into planning every class, course, and event. To keep things running smoothly for everyone, please read our policy carefully before booking.

1. Drop-In Classes, Trial Classes, Workshops & Events
All purchases in this category are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you are unable to attend for any reason, your spot is forfeited. No exceptions.
As an alternative, you are welcome to sell your spot to another person via our WhatsApp community group. Please notify us in advance if you do so, so we can update the booking.

2. Training Programs & Courses
All course purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
One-time class transfer per course is available under the following conditions:
You must notify us at least 3 days in advance that you will miss a class
The transfer must be used within 30 days
You may attend another available group class as a make-up (subject to availability)
This is allowed once per course only
If you miss a class without notifying us at least 3 days in advance, the class is forfeited.

3. Illness & Medical Emergencies
As a general rule, all purchases remain non-refundable regardless of the reason for absence.
In exceptional circumstances — such as a serious medical condition — please reach out to us directly at infogirlshub@gmail.com. These situations are reviewed individually and any accommodations are made solely at the discretion of Girls Hub. We are not obligated to provide a refund, transfer, or make-up class.

4. Class Cancellation by Girls Hub
Girls Hub is committed to never cancelling a scheduled class. In the rare event that your instructor is unavailable, a substitute teacher will be provided. No refunds or transfers will be issued due to a teacher change.

By booking any class, course, workshop, or event at Girls Hub, you confirm that you have read and agree to this policy.
